Sundaram Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Trustees of SFL Shares Trust have intimated the Company that they have decided to dispose off 17,37,012 equity shares held by the Trust in the Company. Therefore, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will be closed for promoters, directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from February 25, 2015 to 24 hours after the information of sale is made public (both days inclusive).
