Sundaram Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following:<BR><BR>1. To approve the audited accounts of our company for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To consider final dividend for the year 2014-15.<BR><BR>3. To fix the book closure date under Clause 16 of the Listing Agreement for the 62nd Annual General Meeting / Final Dividend.
