Sundaram Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following:<br/><br/>1. Sri S. Mahalingam has been appointed as an Independent Director on the Board with immediate effect.<br/><br/>2. Sri Srinivas Acharya has relinquished his office as Director with effect from May 31, 2014 after serving on the Board for over a decade.<br/><br/>3. Sri A. N. Raju has been appointed as Director (Operations) on the Board with effect from June 01, 2014.
