Sundaram Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 08, 2016 to July 22, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 63rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.<BR><BR>The final dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be paid on July 25, 2016.
