Sundaram Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2013, inter alia, to consider the following:<br/><br/>1. To approve the audited accounts of the company for the year ended March 31, 2013.<br/><br/>2. To consider final dividend for the year 2012-13.<br/><br/>3. To fix the book closure date under Clause 16 of the Listing Agreement for the 60th Annual General Meeting / Final Dividend.
