To approve the audited accounts of company for the year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>2. To consider dividend for the year 2013-14.<br/><br/>3. To fix the book closure date under Clause 16 of the Listing Agreement for the 61st Annual General Meeting / Dividend.
