Sundaram Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2014, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 10/- per share (100%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2014, on the paid-up capital of Rs. 111.10 cr. The dividend will be paid on July 24, 2014.
