Sundaram Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 04, 2015, have approved the sale of the Company's entire 49% shareholding of 36,48,050 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each in BNP Paribas Sundaram Global Securities Operations Private Limited to BNP Paribas Securities Services for a total consideration of Rs. 44,29,60,000/-.
