Sundaram Multi Pap Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 10, 2017, inter alia, to consider the following businesses:<BR><BR>- To consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the Company's securities by all the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and Insiders [as defined in the code) shall remain close from February 01, 2017 to February 14, 2017 (both days inclusive).<BR><BR>The trading window in respect of dealing in the shares of the Company shall reopen from February 15, 2017.
