Sundaram Multi Pap Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following businesses:<BR><BR>- To consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for trading in the Company's securities by all the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and Insiders (as defined in the code) shall remain closed from August 03, 2015 to August 14, 2015 (both days inclusive).<BR><BR>The trading window in respect of dealing in the shares of the Company shall reopen from to August 15, 2015.
