Sundram Fasteners Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 06, 2014, inter-alia, to consider un-audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in the Company's equity shares by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from October 23, 2014 to November 07, 2014 (both Jays inclusive), in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading and code of corporate disclosure practices, read with SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
