Sundram Fasteners Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on the August 07, 2014, inter alia, to consider un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in the Companys equity shares by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from July 23, 2014 to August 08, 2014 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading and code of corporate disclosure practices, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
