Sunflag Iron & Steel Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:<BR><BR>1. Amendment in SISCO-Code of Business Principles and Conduct and adaption of new set of Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading & Code for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI), in line with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015.<BR><BR>2. The Company has received initial disclosure Pursuant to Regulation 7(1)(a) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 from all the Promoter/s, Director/s and Key Management Personnel/s (KMP) of the Company.
