Sunflag Iron & Steel Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Statements / Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter (Q-4) / Financial Year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the Companys Code for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from April 01, 2015 and will remain closed till first calendar day after approval and announcement of audited financial results to the public. The said communication has already been circulated to all the Designated Person/s including the Directors / Officers / Employees of the Company.
