Sunflag Iron and Steel Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 05, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the First Quarter (Q-1) ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from July 01, 2014 and will remain closed till first calendar day after approval and announcement of Un-audited Financial Results for the First Quarter (Q1) to the public.
