Sunteck Realty Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company vide circular Resolution dated March 31, 2015 has approved the following business:<BR><BR>- Appointed Mrs. Rachana Hingarajia as an Additional Director, Women Director on the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect, in compliance with Clause 49 (II)(A)(1) of the Listing Agreement and Section 149 of the Companies Act 2013, to hold office till the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
