| Superior Industrial Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on June 28, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing/trading in securities of the Company is closed for the purpose of declaration of audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/financial year ended March 31, 2016 for all the designated employees, Directors and connected persons or deemed to be connected persons of the Company from June 08, 2016 to June 30, 2016 (both days inclusive).<BR><BR>Trading Window will open on July 01, 2016. | |
