| Supreme Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 10, 2014 to September 17, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend.<br/><br/>As per Section 108 of the Company Act, 2013, Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rule, 2014 and Clause 35B of the listing agreement, the Company shall provide its members the facility to exercise their votes electronically for transacting the items of business as set out in the Notice.<br/><br/>For the aforesaid purpose, the Company has fixed August 08, 2014 as the Record Date to determine the entitlement of voting rights of members for e-voting. | |
