This to inform you that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2017 for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from Friday, 21st April, 2017 upto a period of 48 hours after the date on which Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st March, 2017 is submitted to the Stock Exchanges. The said Results will be considered by the Board of Directors at its Meeting scheduled to be held on Friday, the 28th April, 2017. Accordingly all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving Equity Shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
