Supreme Infrastructure India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following:<BR><BR>1. Consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Consider recommendation of Dividend, if any.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations and in terms of "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading", the trading window shall remain closed from May 21, 2015 to May 30, 2015 (both days inclusive).
