Supreme Petrochem Ltd has informed BSE that the Public Announcement for Buyback of shares of Supreme Petrochem Ltd was published on April 23, 2014 and the Company had commenced the buyback of equity shares from May 09, 2014.<br/><br/>As per the terms of the Public Announcement dated April 22, 2014 and Corrigendum to Public Announcement dated May 07, 2014, the buyback offer will be closed with effect from the close of market hours on October 31, 2014.
