Suraj Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 07, 2013, <br/>has allotted 5,500,000 Equity Shares Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 10/- per share to the Promoters and Non-Promoter as per Section 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Chapter VII of SEBI (ICDR) Regulation, 2009.<br/><br/>Consequent upon the aforesaid allotment of equity shares, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company shall stand increased to Rs. 114,000,000 comprising of 11,400,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
