Surya Roshni Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window shall remain closed from February 02, 2016 to February 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Un-audited financial results for the quarter/ nine months ended December 31, 2015 by the Board of Directors in the meeting to be convened on February 10, 2016.<BR><BR>During the aforesaid period all "designated persons of the company and their immediate relatives " are prohibited from trading in the Company's equity shares. Thus Directors, Statutory Auditors and all the Designated employees cannot trade (purchase / sell) in the Company's shares during the aforesaid period.
