Surya Roshni Ltd has informed BSE that in Compliance to clause 36 of the Listing Agreement and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations, 2015 read with Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window shall remain closed from May 21, 2015 to June 02, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Audited Financial Results for the period ended March 31, 2015 by the Board of Directors in the meeting to be convened on May 30, 2015.<BR><BR>During the aforesaid period all "designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives" are prohibited from trading in the Company's equity shares. Thus Directors, Statutory Auditors and all the Designated employees cannot trade (purchase/sell) in the Company's shares during the aforesaid period.
