Suryachakra Power Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that against civil appeal no 1652/2015 Honorable Supreme Court of India vide its order dt. May 10, 2016 ordered that there shall be a stay of operation of impugned judgment under appeal on condition that the appellants shall deposit an amount of Rs. 15.00 crores before the court within a period of 10 weeks from its order.<BR><BR>Further the Company has informed that, the Honorable Supreme Court of India in its record of proceedings dt. April 29, 2016 vide special leave to appeal 10477/2016 directed the Company to deposit the amount in Two months' time.
