With reference to the earlier announcement dated August 25, 2014 regarding Board Meeting on September 03, 2014, Suryavanshi Spinning Mills Ltd has now informed BSE about updates on Board Meeting on Sept 03, 2014 as under :<br/><br/>"A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 03, 2014, inter alia, to consider and allot Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- to the eligible shareholders of Suryavanshi Spinning Mills Ltd as on the record date i.e. August 28, 2014 and also to consider to approve the Audited Financial Results of the Demerged Company i.e. Suryavanshi Spinning Mills Ltd for the financial year ended March 31, 2014 consequent to sanction of Scheme of Arrangement, Aananda Lakshmi Spinning Mills Ltd - Resulting Company - and Sheshadri Industries Ltd - Resulting Company"
