Sutlej Textiles and Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 11, 2016, inter alia, to take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2016 and recommendation of dividend, if any.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for dealing in Companys securities shall therefore remain closed from April 29, 2016 to May 13, 2016 (both days inclusive) due to the above, in terms of clause 6 of the "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct" framed by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
