Suven Life Sciences Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 05, 2016, inter alia, has approved the following matters:<BR><BR>1. The Board declared an interim dividend of Rs. 1/- per equity share and a onetime special dividend of Rs. 1/- per equity share totaling to Rs. 2/- per equity share of Rs. 1/- each for the year 2015-2016.<BR><BR>2. The above said dividend will be paid on and from March 23, 2016.
