Suven Life Sciences Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 22, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the following matters:<br/><br/>1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>2. To consider and recommend dividend if any, for the financial year 2013-14.<br/><br/>Further note that Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed from May 14, 2014 to May 23, 2014. Trading window will be opened from May 24, 2014.
