Suven Life Sciences Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the following matters:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To consider and recommend dividend if any, for the financial year 2014-15.<BR><BR>Further, that Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed from May 18, 2015 to May 27, 2015 (both days inclusive). Trading window will be opened from May 28, 2015.
