Suzlon Energy Ltd has informed BSE that Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (the "Regulations"), the Board of Directors, by way of circular resolution, has approved and adopted the following Codes to be effective from May 14, 2015:<BR><BR>1. "Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information" pursuant to Regulation 8 of the Regulations (copy enclosed), and<BR><BR>2. "Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders" pursuant to Regulation 9 of the Regulations (copy enclosed).
