| With reference to the earlier corporate announcement vide letter dated February 10, 2017 and submission of financial results for the quarter ended December 2016 and other mandatory documents in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing obligations and disclosure requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the Listing Regulations), Suzlon Energy Ltd has now informed BSE that: (a) as clarified in Note 2 of the aforesaid quarterly financial results, Ind AS results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015 and year ended March 31, 2016 had not been subjected to limited review or audit; (b) the Company has thereafter sought a limited review report from its auditors on Ind AS financial information published for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015 and year ended March 31, 2016; and (c) accordingly, Note 2 of the quarterly results earlier submitted by us shall be read accordingly.<BR><BR>Save for the amendment as above, the quarterly financial results submitted by the Company to the stock exchanges and / or published remain unchanged. | |
