SVC Superchem Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 23,<BR>2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the audited financial statements for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>As per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 1992, the "Trading Window" for trading in Companys shares will remain close from May 21, 2015 to May 26, 2015 (both days inclusive).
