SVC Superchem Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on August 12, 2014, inter alia, to take on record status of the project for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 1992, "Trading Window" for trading in Company's shares will remain closed from August 05, 2014 to August 13, 2014 (both days inclusive).
