SVC Superchem Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on May 13, 2016, inter alia, to take on record status of the project for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, read with the Companys Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window in respect of dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company, will remain closed for all the Directors and designated (specified) employees of the Company, with effect from May 02, 2016 to May 16, 2016 (both days inclusive). The Trading window in respect of dealing in the shares of the Company shall reopen from May 17, 2016.
