| Swastika Investsmart Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2017, to transact the following matters along with routine matters:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Standalone as well as Consolidated Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the quarter as well as financial year ended on March 31, 2017.<BR><BR>2. To recommend the dividend on equity shares, if any, subject to the approval of the members.<BR><BR>3. To increase remuneration of Mr. Sunil Nyati, Managing Director, Mrs. Anita Nyati, Whole Time Director and Mr. Parth Nyati, Chief Financial Officer of the Company.<BR><BR>Further in Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's code of conduct the window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 15, 2017 to May 29, 2017 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 25, 2017 to consider and approve, among others, audited financial statement for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017 and recommendation of dividend if any. | |
