Swastika Investsmart Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 12, 2014, inter alia, have been considered the following:<br/><br/>1. Appointment of Shri Sunil Chordia as an additional as well as Independent Director of the Company up to the date of ensuing Annual General Meeting.<br/><br/>2. Appointment of Shri V. K. Chaudhary as an additional as well as Independent Director of the Company up to the date of ensuing Annual General Meeting.<br/><br/>3. Approval of notice of Annual General Meeting.<br/><br/>4. Acceptance of resignation of Mr. Vinod Gupta, Mr. Tarun Baldua and Mr. Parth Nyati from the post of directorship with effect from August 12, 2014.<br/><br/>5. Appointment of Mr. Parth Nyati as a Chief financial officer of the Company in place of C.A. Punit Kasliwal.<br/><br/>6. Approval of Directors' Report for the year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>7. Appointment of Ms. Shikha Bansal as a whole time Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
