Swastika Investsmart Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2015, to transact the following matters:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter as well as financial year ended on March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To recommend the dividend on equity shares, if any, subject to the Approval of the members.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of provisions of the Company's Code of Convict for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code), the "Trading Window" for trading in the shares and securities of the Company shall remain close from May 16, 2015 to May 27, 2015 (both days inclusive) for all the designated employees and Directors of the Company for the purpose approve Audited Financial Results for the quarter as well as financial year ended on March 31, 2015.
