| Swelect Energy Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 03, 2015, have made the following decisions and passed the resolutions accordingly;<BR><BR>1. Mr. A. Balan has been appointed as an additional Director of the Company with effect from October 03, 2015. He was also appointed as Joint Managing Director of the Company for the period of 5 years from October 03, 2015 to October 02, 2020 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General meeting.<BR><BR>2. Mr. G. S. Samuel has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company and hold the office in the capacity of Independent Director of the Company with effect from October 03, 2015.<BR><BR>3. Mrs. Vasantha Balan Non executive Director of the Company resigned from the Board on October 03, 2015. | |
