Swelect Energy Systems Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2017 to consider and approve the audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2017 and to consider recommendation of dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2016-17.<BR><BR>Further, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders" framed by the Company, the "Trading Window" for trading in the securities of the Company by any "Insider" covered under the said Code shall be closed from May 18, 2017 to May 27, 2017 (both days inclusive).
