Symphony Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2014, inter alia, has recommended final dividend of Rs. 11 (550%) per equity share having face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended on June 30, 2014 [Total dividend of Rs. 13 (650%) per equity share including interim dividend of Rs. 2 (100%)].
