| Syncom Healthcare Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following business:<BR><BR>1. To approve and consider the Audited Financial Results along with Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the financial year ended March 31, 2016<BR><BR>2. Further, as per the "Code of Conduct" formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window will be closed from May 21, 2016 till forty-eight hours after the date of declaration of results for Directors, KMP, Officers and Designated Employees, and their immediate relatives. | |
