With reference to the earlier announcement dated January 20, 2013 regarding the date of Board Meeting to be held for approving the unaudited financial results of the Bank for the Third quarter ended December 31, 2013, Syndicate Bank has informed BSE that Trading Window for dealings in securities of the Bank will remain closed from January 22, 2014 to February 01, 2014 (24 hours after conclusion of Board Meeting) for Directors/ Designated Employees of the Bank. Trading Window will open on February 03, 2014.
