Syndicate Bank has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on May 09, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 4.70 per share (47%), for the year 2014-2015, subject to approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>Further, the Dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid on July 08, 2015.
