With reference to the earlier letters dated August 04, 2014, Syndicate Bank has now informed BSE that Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services vide their Letter dated August 07, 2014 has advised that the financial and administrative powers of the Chairman and Managing Director of the Bank shall be exercised with the approval of the Board of Directors /Management Committee of the Bank, as the case may be, till such time that a regular incumbent takes over the Charge of CMD of the Bank.<br/><br/>Executive Directors are taking care of day to day operations of the Bank.
