Syndicate Bank has informed BSE that Sri Ramesh L Adige, who was nominated by Government of India under Section 9(3)(h) of Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970, respectively, has ceased to be a director of the Bank with effect from December 09, 2014, consequent upon completion of his term of Office.
