Syndicate Bank has informed BSE that with reference to the requirements of the regulation 8 (Code of Fair Disclosure and regulation 9 (Code of Conduct) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Bank confirm that-<BR><BR>1. The Bank has formulated Code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) ;<BR><BR>2. The Bank has formulated Code of Conduct.<BR><BR>The above have been placed on website of the Bank under shareholders information.
