Syschem India Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2017, to inter alia consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from February 06, 2017 to February 15, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the Directors/Officers/Designated Persons of the Company.
