| Systematix Corporate Services Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors for the financial year 2015-16 of the Company will be held on November 05, 2015, inter alia, to transact the following businesses:<BR><BR>- To consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations, 2015, the trading wdndow for the dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all the Directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from October 28, 2015 and would open 48 Hours after the announcement of financial results to the public. | |
