Systematix Corporate Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 30, 2015, has decided to offer, issuance of 2,70,00,000 non convertible Redeemable preference shares (NCRPS) of face value of Rs. 10/- each (the "Preference Shares), on the preferential basis for the consideration other than cash being conversion of unsecured loan from M/s Superstar Exports Private Limited in to share Capital.
